Behr Paint Company is seeking an IT SAP Business Analyst to connect business needs with SAP solutions for the Materials Management module. You will configure SAP MM to optimize Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain processes while collaborating with users and technical teams to implement practical enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of functional experience supporting the SAP Materials Management module (MM).
• Experience supporting SAP Purchase Orders, Release Strategies, Goods Receipts, Stock Transfer Orders, Subcontracting, and Inventory Management (IM).
• Experience configuring SAP MM to enhance existing processes and address evolving business needs.
• Experience, documenting business requirements and converting them into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and partnering with technical teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Available to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Here’s What We’re Looking For
