Job summary

Behr Process Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking an Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and support filling and packaging lines, handle materials, and monitor equipment performance to deliver high-quality output.

You will work with teammates to keep production on track, identify issues, and maintain safety and compliance standards. We offer shift options starting at 12 PM or later with a $3/hr differential, bonuses, vacation and sick time, a 401(k) with 4% match, and

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• A completed High school education is required.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment
• Strong attention to quality with the ability to inspect products for accuracy and defects
• Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
