Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Director to join our team and play a vital role in expanding our client base for both IT consulting services and Zinterview.AI. This person will be responsible for bringing in new clients for our IT consulting services, as well as promoting Zinterview.AI to IT staffing and recruiting companies. The position can be performed remotely from India or onsite in Naperville, IL, depending on your location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients for both IT consulting services and Zinterview.AI.
  • Actively market Zinterview.AI to IT staffing and recruiting companies, demonstrating its capabilities to streamline candidate interviewing and enhance recruitment processes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Promote GBS4u's IT consulting and staffing services to prospective clients, identifying their recruitment and technology needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to match contractors with clients in both India and the USA.
  • Drive sales of Zinterview.AI by creating personalized outreach strategies, including emails, phone calls, and presentations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations of Zinterview.AI to potential clients.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and clients using CRM software.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to help improve sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in IT consulting, staffing, or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with IT staffing, recruiting, or hiring processes is a plus.
  • Understanding of recruitment technologies, especially AI-powered solutions, is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field is preferred.
