Job summary

TriHire Solutions is seeking a Manager, IT Risk & Controls to strengthen the internal control environment, particularly in technology-related risks and financial reporting. This role emphasizes managing IT risks, SOX compliance, and contributing to governance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will design and monitor an IT controls framework while collaborating with IT, Finance, and third-party auditors. A bachelor's degree and relevant certifications such as CISA, CPA, or CIA are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT audit, IT risk management, internal audit, SOX compliance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and the COSO framework.
• Experience supporting public company compliance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the IT controls framework.
• Maintain oversight of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and provide guidance on automated controls.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for IT controls-related audit activities.
