State of Washington is seeking an IT Quality Assurance tester for the ATLAS team. The role focuses on comprehensive QA testing of ATLAS changes, defects, and upgrades, coordinating user acceptance testing, and documenting requirements for diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate will design test plans, report progress, and work with multiple divisions while balancing competing priorities in a hybrid work arrangement. Government experience and SDLC familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and document comprehensive testing plans and scenarios.
• Proven ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex technical and business issues.
• Progressive experience liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to create clear documentation including test scripts and requirements.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training for system users.
• Experience analyzing business processes, statutes, and system dependencies.
• Ability to collaborate across divisions and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
