Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum six years of experience in QA roles with at least two years in a managerial capacity.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading QA professionals and delivering results through teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise testing practices, automation strategies, and governance.
• Experience leading teams that use automation within delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct people leadership for QA professionals with coaching and accountability.
• Set clear quality expectations and drive ownership and delivery partnerships.
• Manage team capacity to support predictable delivery and business outcomes.
• Coach testing capability, automation understanding, and leadership skills.
• Identify high-potential employees and create opportunities for growth.
• Lead QA governance, standards, and organizational capability improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve quality across the SDLC and ensure readiness.
