The role requires 2–5 years of IT QA experience, automated testing with third‑party tools, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence. A strong user‑focused mindset and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years IT QA experience, including automated testing.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for test management; Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Test software thoroughly to ensure flawless operation and compliance with standards.
• Develop and execute automated and manual test scripts for new and modified applications.
• Review program documentation, diagrams, and flowcharts to confirm functionality.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with programmers and business units to validate tests.
• Write and maintain documentation for testing procedures and results.
