Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable IT procurement professional to support business operations by purchasing IT products and services. The role involves creating and expediting purchase orders, obtaining internal approvals, and completing reports and special projects.

The candidate will maintain expertise in IT procurement, contracts, and purchasing workflows, collaborating with stakeholders and using tools like Oracle and ServiceNow to drive service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor relations and contract negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Oracle and ServiceNow preferred.
