Job description

Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced IT Products Testing Lead Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. If so, consider an opportunity with Deloitte under our Project Talent Model. Project Talent Model (PTM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.

Lead project-based testing across core SAP modules including Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), Record to Report (RTR), Plan to Produce, and related functional areas, ensuring test scope and coverage are aligned to Otsuka's risk-based testing approach.

Design and execute test scenarios and test cases for SIT, UAT, OQ, and PQ phases, maintaining traceability from requirements through execution evidence.

Coordinate UAT activities end-to-end — scheduling sessions, aligning business testers onsite, managing entry/exit criteria, facilitating execution, and driving timely stakeholder sign-off.

Communicate testing status, defect summaries, and release readiness updates to onsite testing leads and Otsuka project managers on a regular cadence, ensuring visibility across nearshore and onsite teams.

Manage defect lifecycle through full cycle — logging, triage, tracking resolution with SAP development and configuration teams, and confirming closure — maintaining clear stakeholder visibility throughout.

Proactively identify and escalate testing risks, blockers, and scope gaps to delivery leadership and onsite client teams, driving resolution with defined ownership and timelines.

Ensure testing documentation meets Otsuka's quality and evidence standards, including test plans, test logs, defect reports, and sign-off artifacts.

Coordinate with onsite testing resources, offshore team members, and Otsuka's SAP project teams to maintain testing momentum and alignment across time zones.

Support COTS configuration-only validation cycles for SAP change projects, following SOP-defined testing paths where configuration changes proceed directly to UAT.

Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
Ability to lead projects or workstreams

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
