Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead workplace technology and facilities initiatives in Atlanta. The role covers office openings, relocations, expansions, and new site deployments, partnering with IT, Facilities, Real Estate, vendors, and business stakeholders to plan, implement, and deliver technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with office relocations and workplace deployments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and AV systems.
• Experience partnering with Facilities, Real Estate, and vendors.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and PMO tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects for office openings, relocations, expansions, consolidations, and renovations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, charters, requirements, timelines, and risk logs.
• Track progress using Jira or similar PM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure execution.
• Manage technology deployments including network, telecoms, Wi-Fi, AV systems.
• Support conference room tech implementations and end-user tech rollouts.
• Create timelines aligned with construction schedules and occupancy dates.
• Communicate status, risks, and updates to IT leadership.
• Identify roadblocks and propose solutions; assist PMO development.
