Job summary

PruTech Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee medium to large scale IT projects and sub-projects, ensuring alignment with scope and governance.

You will coordinate stakeholders, lead planning and scheduling, and drive quality assurance across deliverables. The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, executive communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading IT projects and overseeing medium/large scale IT solutions.
• Experience managing IT projects and SDLC/business analysis for 3-tier web applications and custom/outsourced systems.
• Knowledge of government IT systems, particularly legacy systems.
• Experience presenting to and communicating with executive level management.
• Experience guiding project execution with minimal supervision and ensuring completion within scope and budget.
• Proficiency in reviewing deliverables for completeness, quality, and standards compliance.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical resources; strategic input from executives welcomed.
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Project Manager on medium/large scale IT projects with sub-projects and deliverables.
• Oversee projects using formal SDLC and business analysis methodologies for web applications.
• Assist in developing comprehensive project management plans and defining scope, goals and deliverables.
• Plan and schedule project timelines; track deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide project quality assurance and develop quality metrics.
• Publish progress reports and present reports on problems and solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and project governance.
