Develops, monitors, and controls comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies. Provides strategic guidance and mentorship to multidisciplinary IT teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and adherence to best practices. Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks to ensure initiatives remain on track and aligned with business objectives. Engages with business and technical stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes, providing clear executive-level communication and project briefings.
