Job summary

Falls Technology is seeking a focused Agile delivery lead to manage enterprise web applications supporting a federal national‑security mission. This on‑site role in Chantilly, VA requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and U.S.

citizenship, and involves running agile ceremonies and coordinating project activities for a full‑time team. You’ll produce epics, stories and acceptance criteria, track progress, and brief leadership.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Project management or Scrum Master experience on IT software development projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA-style requirements tools.
• Clear writing and briefing skills for technical and senior audiences.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Write and maintain epics, user stories and acceptance criteria with level-of-effort estimates.
• Track schedules, risks and action items and report status to program leadership.
• Support resource planning and team performance management.
• Produce briefings, plans, user guides and technical documentation.

Location: On-site in Chantilly, VA (Full-Time).

Keep a mission software team moving. You'll run Agile delivery for enterprise web applications that support a federal national-security mission, clearing roadblocks so engineers can build.

What you bring (required)

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMP
