Job summary

Falls Technology in Chantilly, VA is seeking a boundary-pushing program manager on a federal national-security mission. This on-site role requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, U.S.

citizenship, and hands-on experience coordinating technical delivery teams. You will define and track requirements, balance performance, cost and security, document network configurations and procedures, and work with sponsor staff across teams to meet deadlines and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Define, analyze, track and review technical requirements with engineers and stakeholders.
• Balance requirements, performance, cost and security when designing solutions.
• Track work requirements and action items to meet program deadlines.
• Interface with stakeholders so user stories are recorded and prioritized.
• Drive documentation of network configurations, processes and procedures.
• Coordinate across organizational boundaries with sponsor staff and other contractor teams.
• Support collecting, compiling and publishing plans, reports, policies and status.
• Help the team meet performance SLAs (uptime, concurrent users, recovery) and keep resolution plans current.
• Participate in on-call coordination when portal or network incidents escalated.

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required. U.S. citizenship required.

Location: On-site in Chantilly, VA (Full-Time). On-call coordination possible; local and CONUS TDY travel possible.

Keep a portal-and-network delivery team aligned. You'll define and track requirements, balance performance/cost/security tradeoffs with stakeholders, and make sure documentation and delivery keep pace for a federal national-security mission.
