Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers, vendors, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business system issues.
• Assist in defining hardware/software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for applications, processes, and hardware/software resources.
• Develop and provide training for users on new and existing hardware/software.
• Research emerging hardware/software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
