Qualifications

• 4+ years in PC hardware and software installation/troubleshooting.
• Experience with a wide range of software/hardware applications.
• Experience with project management tools on large-scale projects.
• Experience assessing third-party software purchases.
• Experience assessing business needs and determining technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio of agencies’ software and database access.
• Lead projects through budgeting, planning, implementation, and supporting documentation.
