Qualifications

• Minimum five (10) years managing IT projects of varying size and complexity.
• Experience applying Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience using MS Project, Teams Planner/Planner Premium, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar PPM dashboards
• PMP certification is required
• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or PSM) required

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Assist stakeholders in defining project scope and objectives
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, requirements, communications, agendas)
• Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues
• Manage approved changes to scope, schedule, and cost
• Report project status to management and stakeholders
• Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
• Monitor project performance using MS Project, Teams Planner/Planner Premium, SharePoint, ServiceNow
• Support PMO governance by coordinating internal reviews and tracking completion of findings
