MIGSO-PCUBED (MP) is a global management consulting firm focused on delivering project, program, & portfolio management as a service. We seek an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery with PMO governance, business analysis, and data-driven decision making.

The role sits at the intersection of technology, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, requiring strong analytical and communication skills, experience in financial services or tech, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in IT project management with PMO, business analysis, or data analysis focus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PM certification is a plus.
• Experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and PM tools like Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery aligned with PMO standards and business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, vendors, and SMEs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop structured reporting and dashboards to communicate progress and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder communications to drive alignment.
