Eliassen Group seeks an IT Project Manager in St. Louis, MO to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects that support business objectives.

You will own the full lifecycle for small to medium initiatives, partnering with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery. In this on-site role, you will drive planning, risk management, and deployment activities while fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of project management experience, preferably technology-related initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for small to medium IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, docs, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities among business users, technical teams, and vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, gather requirements, document actions, and track follow-ups.
