Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks an experienced IT project manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and report progress to leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on project management, familiarity with ADMS and RTSS, and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. PMP certification is preferred to strengthen governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on project management experience.
• Experience with Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS).
• Experience with Real-Time Systems Support (RTSS).
• PM certification preferred (PMP).
• Strong communication with stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project schedules, track milestones, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and remote resources to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and escalate as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Support documentation, including status reports, action items, and meeting minutes.
