Job summary

SubCom is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead technology programs from planning through delivery at our Newington, NH site. You will define scope, build schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 6+ years in project management for technology solutions, strong SDLC knowledge, and exceptional communication. This on-site position offers growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within a stable, established company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• PM experience with technology solution delivery (SDLC, Agile/Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects or multiple technical workstreams within programs.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables aligned with goals.
• Develop and maintain project charters, plans, and schedules.
• Manage end-to-end delivery: resources, timelines, progress.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and timely decisions.
• Mitigate risks, identify issues, and drive resolution.
• Set expectations and delegate tasks with accountability.
• Track performance against milestones using dashboards.
• Lead status meetings and provide project visibility.
