Job summary

The role supports PMO initiatives, coordinates with campus partners and vendors, and may lead additional IT PM projects as priorities require. Strong communication and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of professional information technology project management experience.
• Additional work experience may substitute for up to four years of education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Classroom Technology Upgrades project planning and delivery.
• Coordinate across DIT, campus partners, vendors, and contractors.
• Support PMO activities and continuous improvement.
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Track equipment, inventory and project budgets.
