TenCate Americas is expanding its IT PMO in the US, seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee a range of business transformation software implementations. You will manage onboarding of acquisitions, global deployments, and stakeholder coordination across internal teams and partners.
The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, experience with BC, Salesforce, and Power BI, and comfort with both Waterfall and Agile methods. Travel up to 25% may be needed.

We are expanding our dynamic IT team with a US-based IT Project Manager to support the TenCate IT PMO function. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, collaborating with various teams, and overseeing the implementation and deployment of business transformation software throughout the TenCate organization. Project responsibilities include technical onboarding of acquisition companies, local and global software implementations, and managing partners, IT staff, and end users on continuous improvement projects. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across departments, business units, and the international IT team, while contributing to the success of TenCate’s newly formed IT PMO structure.

This role is based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located in or near Austin, TX. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered based on business needs. Travel up to 25% may be required to support project implementations, team collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
