We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of IT Project Manager (m/f) for our client in the construction industry.

Задачи

Project planning: defining objectives, scope, schedule, milestones, resources and budget. Managing projects in accordance with the agreed scope, schedule and budget. Managing risks, change and the quality of delivered products. Coordinating the work of the project team, development teams and external vendors. Organizing and conducting project meetings (status meetings, steering committees) and meetings with group companies, end users and other stakeholders. Ensuring the flow of information and reporting progress to stakeholders. Supervising software testing and acceptance. Coordinating requests for proposals, selecting vendors and negotiating. Maintaining project documentation and documenting lessons learned. Formally closing projects and handing them over to maintenance. Handling projects in ServiceNow.

Требования

You have at least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager. You have managed enterprise projects in large, complex organizational structures. You have experience managing projects delivered by external vendors. You have coordinated system integrations. You manage change, risk and stakeholder expectations effectively. You can lead a distributed team and quickly adapt to new, unusual projects. You are independent and have very good communication and organizational skills. You have a university degree. You know Polish and English at a minimum B2 level.

Условия

Work model: hybrid, from an office in Warsaw (2-3 days a week, fully remote work possible). Salary: from PLN 100 to PLN 135 net per hour, depending on experience and skills. Long-term cooperation.
