Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related IT field.
• 7-10 years of IT project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Review project proposals to define timelines, budget, technical scope, and objectives.
• Build project plans outlining procedures, assigning staff, and coordinating each phase of work.
• Manage budgets and track expenses while accounting for dependencies and critical path activities.
• Partner with stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to align expectations and clarify requirements.
• Monitor progress through status reports, adjust plans as needed, and support testing and quality assurance.
• Lead project execution by guiding teams, solving problems, and translating business needs into system design.
