Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of project management experience or related work in information services or PM.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong time management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and objectives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experienced and articulate communication skills (oral and written).
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned IT projects within budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develop work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate project team meetings; provide guidance to the team and communicate with stakeholders.
• Analyze project performance including budget, scope, objectives, and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate the usage of project and resource management software across the organization.
• Establish and track milestones; adjust schedules and expectations as needed.
