Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience with PM leadership across full lifecycle.
• Experience managing projects in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of ERP, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closeout across Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.
• Develop charters, PMPs, schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate activities across multiple organizations and vendors.
• Track scope, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables; maintain schedule and budget.
• Support governance, reporting, and program controls; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers to define expectations and responsibilities; communicate clearly.
