The role partners with ERP Analysts, Data & Analytics, and vendors to convert business priorities into reliable, on-time outcomes, while maintaining governance, risk, and adoption through go-live and hyper-care phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT or business applications projects in manufacturing/engineering/operations environments.
• Experience delivering ERP, analytics/reporting platforms, and integrated application ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of IT Business Applications projects, including ERP enhancements (Infor LN), analytics initiatives (Power BI / Fabric), integrations, and third‑party application implementations.
• Translate business priorities into clear project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and change requests to ensure predictable delivery and minimize disruption to operations.
