TAS Energy is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead ERP, analytics, and integration initiatives within the IT Applications PMO in Houston. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, coordinate with ERP analysts, data & analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements include 5+ years managing IT or business applications projects, ERP/analytics experience, and strong cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing IT or business applications projects.
• ERP, analytics, and integrated application experience.
• Strong cross-functional team management and prioritization.
• Experience coordinating testing/UAT, deployments, and adoption.
• Excellent communication translating tech to business updates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of IT Business Applications projects including ERP and analytics.
• Translate priorities into plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT and business teams; manage scope and risks.
• Maintain project governance, status reporting, and escalation.
• Coordinate testing, releases, training, go-live, and post‑go‑live support.
