Job summary

TAS Energy Inc is seeking an IT Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of IT Business Applications projects, including ERP (Infor LN), analytics (Power BI), and integrations. You will coordinate across ERP, data, and business stakeholders to convert priorities into reliable outcomes and manage risks and milestones.

Responsibilities include governance, reporting, testing/UAT, deployment readiness, and post‑go‑live stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing IT or business applications projects in a manufacturing/engineering context.
• Proven experience delivering ERP, analytics and integration projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage changing requirements.
• Experience coordinating testing/UAT, deployments, and adoption of changes.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical work into business updates.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of IT Business Applications projects (ERP, analytics, integrations).
• Coordinate work across IT and business functions and manage dependencies and milestones.
• Maintain project governance, status reporting, risk tracking and escalation.
• Oversee testing/UAT, release readiness, and go‑live activities.
• Support post‑go live stabilization and value realization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
