Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives in a large utility environment. The role combines planning, governance, and cross-team coordination to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage end-to-end delivery across IT, OT, testing, cybersecurity, and vendor workstreams, ensuring clear communication with executives and stakeholders. Onsite in South Plainfield, NJ three days a week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience delivering complex IT initiatives across multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of scope, schedule, budget, risk, change control, and governance.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of an enterprise system upgrade with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate multiple teams including IT, OT, testing, cybersecurity, business units, and vendors.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Apply PMO governance, methodologies, templates, and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirements gatherings, design reviews, testing readiness, and cutover activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes across integrations and regulatory timelines.
