Job summary

Leidos Inc. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives for a large utility environment. You will manage projects from planning through implementation, coordinating technical teams, business partners, SMEs, and external vendors to keep deliverables on track.

Based in South Plainfield, NJ, the role requires onsite work three days per week. You will ensure PMO governance, manage risks, and drive delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while upholding Leidos'

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Management/Business Admin plus 8+ years of PM experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience managing enterprise technology implementations, upgrades, migrations, or modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of IT governance, SDLC, and Agile/Waterfall delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise system upgrades across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with IT, OT, testing, cybersecurity, business teams, vendors.
• Apply EPMO governance, templates, controls, and reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes across projects.
• Support deployment readiness and transition to steady-state operations.
