Job summary

UMB Financial Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate enterprise projects within the Governance Organization of ETS. You will liaise with sponsors, vendors and cross-functional teams, delivering required products on schedule.

The role is hybrid (Mon-Thu on-site, Fri remote) at the Technology & Operations Center in downtown Kansas City, MO. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in IT project management, with knowledge of Agile and strong planning, leadership and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline and at least 3 progressive years in IT project management.
Knowledge of Agile methodology, terminology and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to be goal-oriented, pragmatic and self-disciplined.
Advanced proficiency at project planning, organizing, team motivation and delegation.

Responsibilities

Manage projects within scope, quality, time and cost to deliver requirements and meet sponsor satisfaction.
Deliver products for each project phase with signoff from sponsor.
Ensure quality and adherence to budget and milestones.
Communicate with sponsors, customers, vendors and partners; manage expectations.
