Job summary

Euronet is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Electronic Financial Transaction projects across Europe, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a multinational environment.

Based in Athens with a hybrid working model, you will drive plans, milestones, risk mitigation, and reporting, while fostering collaboration and ensuring timely, high-quality project outcomes in a dynamic, global payments company.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field and practical PM experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; PMP/Prince2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex EFT projects across Europe.
• Develop clear project plans, milestones, and track progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage scope, changes, and timelines.
• Communicate objectives and expectations clearly to stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted point of contact with proactive risk mitigation.
• Foster strong working relationships and resolve issues quickly.
• Provide transparent, up-to-date project reporting and documentation.
