Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years leading technology projects across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall delivery of the project to deliver value.
• Set mission, vision, and plan for the project aligned with client goals.
• Lead diverse teams including Resultant employees, client employees, and third parties.
• Communicate with teammates, clients, and stakeholders to stay aligned.
• Drive and manage technical and cultural change.
• Mediate complex discussions with clients and vendors.
• Create, update, and track project plans and documentation.
