Job summary

DuraServ is seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate IT initiatives across the organization. You will partner with IT leaders, project owners, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain plans, track progress, risks, and deliverables, and promote project management standards.

The role emphasizes governance, portfolio reporting, and administrative duties such as procurement, CLM, expense tracking, and accounts payable. Approximately 80% PM work and 20% IT operations, in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management principles and lifecycles.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong communication with IT leadership, teams, and vendors.
• Experience with IT purchasing, vendor management, and CLM processes.
• Familiarity with governance, templates, and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans for IT initiatives including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate projects through the lifecycle; monitor progress and deliverables.
• Gather, communicate status, priorities, risks, issues, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Partner with owners, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to align priorities.
• Maintain IT project and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and leadership communications.
• Support project intake, prioritization, and resource planning across initiatives.
• Identify/use follow-up on risks and issues; escalate as needed to support delivery.
• Promote project management standards, templates, governance, and best practices.
• Coordinate IT operations administration: ordering, renewals, CLM, expenses, invoices, AP.
