Job summary

Farm Credit Services of America is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Project Manager to coordinate large-scale cross-team initiatives within Technology Services. You will oversee launches, execution, and closure, working with hardware/software vendors to keep projects on track.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or Business; 4+ years in IT project leadership; and ACP certification or willingness to obtain within two years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, MIS, or Business Administration.
• 4+ years of IT project management experience.
• ACP Certification or willingness to attain within first two years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and/or implementation of technology projects.
• Focus on meeting project commitments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Follow defined and agreed-upon project management methodology.
• Coordinate the project vision and scope with sponsors, stakeholders, and team members; align to outcomes and objectives.
• Facilitate project launch activities, regular meetings, standups, closeouts and assessments with teams and vendors.
• Track milestones, monitor progress, and communicate status to leadership.

Education
