Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing IT-related projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Proven track record of driving projects forward and delivering results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, communication, and status reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and third‑party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive action items to completion.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
• Support a large‑scale cloud migration initiative and additional strategic IT projects.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
