Job summary

Phaxis is seeking an accomplished project leader with 6+ years experience steering complex technology, data, or cloud initiatives from planning through delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps and milestones, translate technical updates for executives, and oversee vendor partnerships to ensure on-time implementation and value realization.

Qualifications

• Lead complex technology and data or cloud-focused projects from planning through delivery.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale data transformation, platform modernization, or migration initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and shifting priorities.
• Experienced partnering with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to drive complex initiatives forward.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical project details into clear updates for business stakeholders and leadership.
• Hands-on experience developing project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, status reporting, and other delivery documentation.
• Experience coordinating external vendors, contractors, and technology partners throughout implementation and ongoing delivery.
• PMP certification or relevant education preferred; experience within banking, financial services, or large-scale data environments is a plus.
