The role requires 5+ years as PM or Scrum Master, 3+ years leading teams of 5+, and strong Salesforce experience. PMP/Agile certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as PM or Scrum Master for software implementations.
• Minimum 3 years leading a team of 5+ full-time resources.
• Minimum 3 years IT development project experience.
• Strong Salesforce experience; PMP/SAFe/PMI-ACP/CSM certifications are valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
• Lead software implementation projects from planning through execution.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and overall delivery timelines.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Drive collaboration between business and technical teams to support successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Support the successful delivery of IT development initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
