Job summary

Structured Communication Systems, Inc is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Level I) in Chicago, IL to plan, implement, and manage IT projects for clients.

You'll serve as primary liaison between internal teams and customers, ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality, and coordinate with engineering resources.

Applicants must reside near Chicago; a Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of experience is required, with CAPM or PMP preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies and best practices.
• CAPM or PMP certification from PMI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, establishes, and manages IT projects within an agreed scope.
• Serves as the liaison between internal teams, customers, and technical teams.
• Defines priorities, documents scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develops and maintains a detailed project plan, schedule, and budget.
• Ensures projects meet quality standards and policies.
• Prepares project status reports and communicates with stakeholders.
• Maintains CRM records and follows Salesforce policies.
• Occasional travel to customer locations for short/medium term projects.
