3. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges within IT programs, both proactively and in response to emerging issues. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with program stakeholders, including technical teams, project managers, and senior leadership. Ensure transparency and timely reporting on program status and key findings.
