Job summary

Uline is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee application development and AI-driven initiatives for our North American operations.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, a Bachelor's degree in IT or CS, and proficiency with AI tools like Copilot and Claude. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive timelines, and deliver critical software solutions on-site at our Pleasant Prairie facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex software development.
• Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Experience managing teams that deliver agentic AI software solutions preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and collaborative working sessions with senior IT and business leaders.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs.
• Provide clear and informative project updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor and document project risks and issues, escalating them with solutions as needed.
