Job summary

Uline is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive application development and AI initiatives for its North American operations. You will oversee planning, scheduling, risk assessment and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced corporate IT environment.

With 5+ years of IT project management experience and a strong background in agentic AI software delivery, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery of critical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex software development.
• Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Experience leading teams delivering agentic AI software solutions.
• H1-B lottery not participating by Uline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with senior IT and business leaders.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs.
• Provide clear and informative project updates to stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex, custom software development.
• Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Experience managing teams that deliver agentic AI software solutions preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
