Facilitate recurring project meetings, stakeholder working sessions, status reviews, sprint planning discussions, demos, and project closeout meetings. Track project progress against scope, schedule, deliverables, performance outcomes, and customer priorities. Support development and execution of Digital Transformation implementation plans, including People, Process, Tools, Data, Modeling, Mission Modeling, and related implementation planning efforts. Coordinate with technical teams to support development of minimum viable products (MVP), technical demonstrations, automation pilot concepts, workflow improvements, and implementation recommendations. Support User Acceptance Testing planning, go-live readiness, production deployment coordination, training coordination, and post-deployment sustainment activities. Prepare customer-facing briefings, status reports, dashboards, meeting materials, executive summaries, project artifacts, and decision-support documentation. Support Organizational Change Management activities, including stakeholder communications, adoption planning, training coordination, fact sheets, and sustainment documentation. Ensure project documentation is organized, version controlled, and maintained in approved repositories such as SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Confluence, or other government-approved systems. Maintain alignment between project activities, TRT strategic priorities, Force Design 2028 objectives, automation outcomes, and measurable performance improvements. Identify, elevate, and support mitigation of project risks, schedule delays, resource constraints, technical dependencies, stakeholder concerns, and delivery blockers.

Experience managing project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, action items, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Experience supporting Agile, hybrid Agile, or iterative delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, demos, status reporting, and release coordination.
