  • Conduct business process assessments and facilitate stakeholder interviews, requirements‑gathering sessions, and process discovery workshops.
  • Develop As‑Is and To‑Be process maps, workflow diagrams, swimlane diagrams, and decision flows using Microsoft Visio and other approved process modeling tools.

  • Develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards to measure process improvements, automation effectiveness, and operational efficiencies, including "minutes back to the mission."
  • Support automation use‑case intake, feasibility assessments, prioritization, MVP development, pilot evaluations, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate opportunities for workflow automation, RPA, AI‑enabled solutions, and other digital modernization capabilities.

  • Develop change management documentation, training materials, process guides, executive briefings, and transition plans.
  • Coordinate with program managers and technical teams to align change activities with implementation schedules and delivery milestones.
Program Governance & Documentation
  • Maintain process documentation, requirements, action items, decision logs, and other governance artifacts in SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
