Job summary

New Resources Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives that support business goals in a hybrid Central Wisconsin setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, guiding projects through all phases, and driving value across the organization.

You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing information technology projects.
• Leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, etc.).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to implementation and successful completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and budgets while ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure clear communication throughout each phase.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and manage changes to project scope, timelines, or priorities as needed.
• Support the successful adoption of new technologies and business processes by promoting collaboration and project management best practices across the organization.
