What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead medium to high complexity projects, collaborating with senior project managers and program managers
- Manage project objectives, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to IT methodologies
- Facilitate technology problem-solving and solicit input from senior technical resources
- Communicate project status and updates effectively to leadership through various formats
- Assure strict adherence to budget management and develop project budgets as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing IT projects, or 4 years with a Master’s Degree
- Experience in IT Infrastructure areas: Networks, Endpoints, Data Center, Servers, Cloud, and Database Management
- Experience in a hospital setting providing 24x7 patient care
- Proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheets or PowerBI
- Agile experience with scrum teams and kanban boards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agile certification such as PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe
- ProSCI certification is a plus
