I am currently recruiting for a suitably experienced Prince2 certified IT Project Manager for this fully remote, full-time B2B contract role.

This full time contract is for 6 months with possible further extensions.

Job Description:

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and delivery of complex, cross functional initiatives at global or international levels.
• Strong ability to work in multicultural and distributed teams across time zones.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, change management, and strategic communications.
• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, and Office 365 suite.
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects/workstreams.
• Monitor timelines, risks, resources, and budgets; ensure successful delivery within constraints.
• Update project management documentation including risk registers, results frameworks, business cases, and project status reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular project governance and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans and communication materials.
• Collaborate with network members, internal teams, and governance bodies to track progress and mitigate delivery risks.
• Ensure alignment with defined PMO frameworks, change management practices, and reporting standards.
• Monthly status reports including risk updates, financial projections, and milestone tracking.
• Governance facilitation with preparation of materials, documentation of decisions, and stakeholder coordination.
• Member management tools, engagement tracking, communication content, and meeting coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
