Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• PMP certification preferred; Agile certifications also preferred.
• Experience managing IT projects in software/infrastructure/digital transformations.
• Proficiency with PM tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Manage project execution, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and executive stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Facilitate status meetings and steering committee updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; develop contingency plans.
• Monitor budgets and resource utilization; manage contracts and SLAs with vendors.
• Lead Agile ceremonies on applicable projects; apply Waterfall/Hybrid as needed.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance during delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Document lessons learned and post-implementation reviews for improvements.
